We put these safety protocols in place to protect our clients and associates. We're following guidelines from our governor, State of Ohio and the State Board of Cosmetology. We know it's a lot to take in. We will do our best to adapt, uncover and react. Our associates are here to help and make you feel comfortable throughout your visit, and most importantly - Relax! After all, one thing that will never change - you come to us to relax and indulge, we will do what it takes to deliver the Elli experience that you love. Communication is key. Salon Hours
- Updated hours for both locations. We are closing an additional day of the week to allow for deep cleaning.
- We are dedicating the first hour of business on weekdays (Monday through Friday 10am - 11am) to clients that are most vulnerable to COVID-19. These clients include those that are 65 or older and those with any chronic health conditions.

- COMING SOON - ONLINE BOOKING! Online booking will be introduced in a few weeks time, with reduced capacity and new safety protocol, we want to get comfortable before introducing a new piece of technology.
During Your Visit
- State guidelines mandate the reduction in client capacity so we have to temporarily discontinue the use of our waiting area.
- When you arrive for your appointment, send us a text message with your name to let us know you're here.
- Worthington: Text (614) 966-1746. Grandview: Text (614) 966-2089. We will text you back as quickly as we can to let you know when you can come in.
- All Elli associates will be wearing face masks at all times.
- All clients are expected to be wearing face masks in our salons at all times. If you have a medical condition that makes breathing difficult for you when wearing a face mask, please let us know ahead of time when you schedule an appointment so we can discuss how we may be able to service you. We may have to schedule your appointment before we open or after we are closed so that we can maintain a safe environment for other clients.
- When you arrive, we will take your temperature with a contactless device. If you have a fever above 100, we will kindly ask to reschedule your appointment for a minimum of 2 weeks after you’re fever-free. (All associates will also have their temperatures taken when reporting to work daily. Any associate with a fever above 100 will be sent home.)
- To minimize the amount of touching on polishes. Polish selection will be led by our associates. Let us know colors or shades that you have in mind, our associates will bring you a small selection to choose from.
- All clients must wash hands for at least 20 seconds before any service begins.
- Associates will be wearing gloves for all services.
- Clients will be seated in every other mani or pedi station, so we can maintain 6 ft of social distancing. Exceptions are clients from the same household, the same associate will service both/all clients from the same household so that you can be seated next to each other.
- We won't be offering drinks during this time and we ask that you don't bring in your own. With drinks, you would have to remove your mask and potentially touch your face and we would like to avoid that while you're with us.
- We kindly ask that you don't use your mobile phone during manicures. If you must answer a call, we will have pause the service and ask that you re-wash your hands before resuming.
- We encourage credit card payments only, but we understand that we do have a cash tip policy. All associates will be accepting Venmo for gratuities. If you wish to tip in cash, we ask that you do so after all services are completed. You're also welcome to pay ahead before services begin/hand washing.
- We pride ourselves that our salons are already highly sanitary and that we already disinfect surfaces before and after each client and service. As we continue to adapt to this new normal, you will see that we will be disinfecting all surfaces even more frequently and rigorously.
Kids Policy
- We will continue to offer our beloved Kids Services. Adult and child will be serviced by the same associate so that you can be seated next to each other.
- Unfortunately, these are unprecedented times, kids are not allowed in the salons if they are not receiving a service.
Private Parties & Events
- We are temporarily pausing all private parties and events until we get a better grasp on how to do it in a safe way.
- If you have an upcoming event scheduled with us, we will be reaching out. All deposits will be refunded.
